Is this a high traffic area for yachts and could they be a stopover location. Getting money from Taiwan was interesting. Hopefully they can get the oil going. Thank you.

For Seychelles, they get mainly Europeans: (Germans, Russians, France, Czech Republic etc.), Arabs (UAE), and South Africans.

For Sao Tome, I can't find the tourism data by nationality.. But I would guess Portugal, Brazil, and Angolans visit the most.
